In the graph at 10:00, why do we start at 1m distance? how does it make sense to have infinite dB SPL at 0m (so i suppose at the speaker cone) ? or is this a nonsensical value that only exists in a theoretically ideal point source

Actually, this formula r+(lambda/4) is about radius@freq itself, not effective length...
